Ive found these two sites which may be helpful. Arcade fire's site has a really earthy feel to it with dark browns and has nice simple interactivity, which might be easier for us when implementing.
Also following the links from unseen agency we viewed on thursday I found a good motions graphics designer, however I think his work is a bit too complex for us at this stage.
